What happens when a young boy reads the timeless stories of Black Beauty, the entire Black Stallion series, and Western Horseman magazines? It sparks a passion that drives a lifelong pursuit in the love of horses. Horsemen are not made—they are born that way. The presence of a horse stirs their soul like nothing else. And so it is for Craig Bussell. Beginning with an unbroke palomino filly, as a novice himself, over thirty-six years ago, Craig has had success discovering and promoting high-level performance horses in roping and ranching events, including two-time AQHA World Show

qualifier Watch Sweet Jack and Ranching Heritage-bred Grays Solar Chaps.

Today, that lifelong passion continues through Bussell Performance Horses (BPH) with a breeding program focused on quality, versatility, athleticism, and disposition.
